Construction of 24 flat towers in several locations in Jakarta is planned to start in early June. Currently, land preparation and entrance way are being constructed.

Jakarta Public Housing and Residential Area Head Division, Triyanto said, each towers has 16 floors. In total, this construction will add 7,700 flat units.

"Each of towers has its own auction winners. Now, we are still progressing the land and preparing the entrance way, while construction will start in early June," he said on Friday (4/21).

He explained the flat towers that will be built are 14 towers in Nagrak Flat, 1 tower in Pesing Koneng, 1 tower in Penggilingan, 4 towers in Pulogebang, 4 towers in Rorotan Flat. Total construction budget for those 24 towers is around Rp 2.94 trillion.
